Company History:

PD Accountancy Services Ltd is a new generation of accountants offering an individually tailored, proactive, and flexible approach to each of its clients.

Our aim is to save you tax, accounting fees and relieve some of the pressure associated with running your own business.

We have over 20 years experience as qualified chartered accountants in the profession meaning that, not only do we offer a professional service, but this is built on the sound foundations of skill, experience and the ability needed to ensure your affairs are handled correctly.

It is about much more than just getting your tax and accounts in on time. We pride ourselves on providing the following

  • Listening to our clients needs and tailoring each service to their individual’s requirements.
  • Proactively contacting our clients keeping them aware of any charges that may affect them.
  • Reminding you of any deadlines that you are required to meet – not just by putting a letter in the post but doing all we can to ensure these deadlines are met.
  • Being approachable and always there for our clients. Returning your calls, email, and letters as well as ensuring we regularly see our clients.
  • Produce our work on agreed timescales, not just you dropping your records off and not hearing from us for 2-3 months with you unsure of what’s going on.
  • Clearly explaining all the requirements of HMRC and Companies House

About Paul Dyke

The driving force being PD Accounting Services Ltd is Paul Dyke. From an early age Paul was always destined to be an accountant or a top class centre back, but due to his lack of pace the Premiership never called and so he chose the accounting route.

While studying for his accounting degree Paul worked in a large National Department Store working his way through the ranks from being a Christmas temp to the Floor Manager. Paul attributes his time here to his high emphasis on customer service ensuring that each of his clients receives the attention and service they deserve.

Paul subsequently passed his accounting degree and went on to obtain his ACCA qualification in 2003 in the minimum time possible, which led him to a manager’s position at a top 50 firm of Chartered Accountants.

Paul achieved his fellowship with the Associated of Chartered and Certified Accountants and his Practising Certificated and decided that he wanted to form PD Accounting Services Ltd to offer individuals and businesses a professional service alongside a tailored, proactive personal service.

Away from the accounting profession Paul has been playing competitive football for over 22 years. Age and some would argue lack of ability, finally caught up with him and he has now turned his hand to management in the last 5 years and is currently involved in Burridge AFC in the Senior 1 Southampton League.

Paul also enjoys hitting the gym and when the great British weather allows the odd round of golf.
